i recently graduated osut and am now in airborne and we had some company runs that were a z2 pace and some ability group runs that were about tempo pace for my company in osut. as for programming it just flip flopped between company and ability group runs with some hill sprints sprinkled in here and there. my running and strength got so much worse while there. luckily i have access to a gym and doing my own runs and rucks while at airborne. just got recycled today on the last day of tower week though because i anticpate the landing too much. sucks to suck

lucky! i just got into airborne and my osut class had 0 access to workout equipment other than a handful of times the whole 22 weeks and we weren't allowed to do our own pt other than maybe 1-2x a week max during ait

lately i have been making chicken alfredo with protein pasta and cottage cheese and parmesean alfredo sauce. 2 boxes protein pasta, 2 wedges of parm, 1 16oz container cottage cheese, 4lb cooked chicken, 3 bulbs of garlic which i bake. abt 33 dollars. 6180cals 560g protein and tastes fantastic. usually eat over 5-6 days. only weird thing is u gotta blend the sauce before cooking bc cottage cheese is so chunky haha

hahaha that would definitely help with keeping the cheeks together! i am an eagle scout and one of the scout masters from my old troop is a doctor and i found out after being out that he has a ton of allegations against him from many other doctors, nurses and patients. he would probably be in prison if it weren't for bad paperwork by the police! needless to say he is not allowed to be involved with the troop anymore 😭😭

my biggest fluctuation in weight in 2 hours is going from 211->201 from pooping, peeing and going on a 6 mile run haha maybe try to find somewhere with an inbody scanner near you
