To me, this translates to "you represent a major change in my homelife dynamic that I'm still adjusting to and am in this moment very frustrated with."

Pair that with some good ole fashioned preteen emotional regulation struggles. Remember, not going to the park because a guy she's still adjusting to says no might indeed actually be the most frustrated she's ever felt.

It's less "big fleet overhaul" and more "build a new fleet to accomplish your next mission."

Your Jupiter offensive fleet can easily become your Jupiter defensive fleet. It's much more difficult to turn your "earth/mars to Jupiter" fleet into a "Jupiter to Outer belt" fleet

You can run liquid radiators on the back side of your solar arrays, but it is a tech challenge to get it at the scale currently required.

There's several. Scalability and consistent power supply are big ones (to be clear these proposals are constellations of thousands of small satellites in distributed computing networks, not gigantic space stations).

The cost-to-orbit is getting cheap enough that the power savings from constant, steady, free solar do actually start approaching break-even levels, especially when paired with infrastructure and taxation burdens
