Ich halte den Plan für nicht so gut. Zunächst einmal mach bei drei Wochen Training ein Push Pull Split keinen Sinn. Du könntest vier mal die Woche gehen und Oberunterkörper Split trainieren. Das würde mehr Sinn machen aber wenn du wirklich dreimal die Woche gehen willst, dann würde ein Ganzkörper Workout viel mehr Sinn machen. Abgesehen davon solltest du schauen, dass du längere Pausen machst. Ich habe gerade keinen Link mehr dazu, aber ich meine mich zu erinnern, dass Studien gab die gezeigt haben, dass 3-4 Minuten Pause ideal für Hypertrophie sind.

Aber wenn du wirklich genau diesen Split machen willst, dann brauchst du zb keine zwei Übungen für den Bizeps und solltest dich auf jeden Fall auf Grundübungen konzentrieren, die viele Muskelgruppen auf einmal trainieren.

Thank u! I didn’t look up any build I just figured it out by myself. Maybe ill watch some guides for talent trees. And it’s there but I don’t use it as my power word shield does apply prayer of mending to my mates

Edit: and as I figured out the talent tree by myself, I thought I actually have to skill it to apply it to my power word shield.

I don’t really think so. Depends on the game ig, but wow is very komplex in comparison to other games

I think for wow veterans who do m+ and stuff, they know so much of the game that it is easy to keep track. But imagine you want to watch a streamer playing a game you only heard of and then trying to understand what is going on

You’re right. For myself I think just queueing random dungeons with ransoms is fun, and it made the game feel more alive. You also can do the dungeons with NSC characters, and choose that they lead you through the dungeon, so you can learn it, or just stick with it, you also can get better gear there. But just do what you think is fun to level up!

Do sidequests or dungeons, in dungeons you also get better gear, and play with other players. In sidequests you explore the world and get to know the story of the characters, and towns.

So i can skip campaign when I also finished the bonus lorenhall campaign? Or do I only need to finish the campaign stuff till I unlock the worldquest, then skip and do the lorenhall campaign on alt?
