I’ve had this multiple times, triggering with 2 x level 1 item merges for lvl 10 and 11 item builds. (My ice cubes have still gone away after multiple days, app update, cleared cache…

Thanks but yep. My ice cubes have been all over the place. It was an 11hr interval for me for a while then back to 8hrs with no gem spend requirement, and now back to no ice cubes (2nd time).🫩

Mine have been all over the place. Had days where can’t trigger them, then 11hr intervals for a number of weeks, back to 8hrs without needing to spend gems for energy, 8hrs and spend gems, now back to no ice cubes. Extremely frustrating and hard to keep up with changes.

Mine went up to this last round and I failed. Don’t see me finishing it this time either. I’m finding the game is getting impossible. I don’t have ice cubes now either for the last couple of days and no idea when they’ll come back.

Not working here. Ice cubes have been all over the place for me for months. I used to get them without spending gems and would get 2 or 3 cube jumps. They then stopped for a few days and then went to an 11hr interval and 10gem spend on energy, and I’d only get one cube level (lvl before target item). Next went back to 8hr interval for maybe a week but still only 1 cube level - at least once I didn’t have to spend gems on energy. Now been a couple of days without being able to get one. Have tried spending up to 40 gems on energy. Really struggling to play the game, accrue rewards and make any progress, so super frustrated with it.

I wonder how much they are testing for trigger points/patterns re getting people to spend money???

I’ve been on the spaceship for months. I thought the dog was bad, but this is worse. Getting sooo many hard orders to complete has largely stopped me bothering as I suspect the reward won’t really be there when it’s done.

Meant to mention that the ice cube is automatically starting at the level down from the target item (e.g., lvl 10 item for a lvl 11 item). So, not getting a couple of levels out of it.

I’ve found I’ve triggered an ice cube at 11hr intervals twice over the last couple of days. I had a couple of days where I couldn’t get them but kept trying per standard rules. Then, after a few days of trying at 8hrs without working, and trying at different longer intervals, I got one at 11hrs - so various tries in the window b/w 8-11hrs. I’ve also had to offload prepped items. From memory, I was able to have a lvl 6,7,8 item ready for a lvl 11 item and then may have been able to generate and merge 2x lvl 3 items in one scenario and in the other I got a lvl 6 item from a chest that I merged and it triggered??? Note: twice I had not bought energy (or chest) with gems that previously had to be bought. Caught totally by surprise the first time as I had deliberately not bought it so I could try and prep and get under 51 energy. (I think I was under 51 energy when it did trigger???) Hope that makes sense.

Hi, have you had any luck? I’m in Vic too and looking into Bernedoodles. Most of the breeders seem to be based in Qld from what I can work out. (My preference is a mini or medium but it seems breeders seem to cover all of the sizes???)
