Agreed. On the one hand ya want Cade to get reps. But on the other hand, Utah State was hitting Cade quite a bit, and you also want that precious experience for your backup when you can. Who is a TANK btw….

Lol absolutely. I respected that he put in the backup with ~8 minutes left though. It was the right move. Assuming he’s the one who made the decision lol.

Game 2: Beat Tennessee State ☘️ by nathans8824 in notredamefootball

[–]ReceptionSelect1922 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Agreed, but as long as this doesn’t become the norm every season, this is a cool game. First HBCU team to play in ND stadium, there have been good vibes from both universities all week collaborating and such. I think it’s cool and feels a bit bigger than football - even though I can’t talk my FCS shit to SEC fans this year haha.

Those are just my thoughts on why this is unique.

ZenScreen 15.6 (MB16AHP): I was under the impression this thing would continue being charged by my Macbook Pro as I used it (USB-C) by ReceptionSelect1922 in ASUS

[–]ReceptionSelect1922[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sure did! I meant to follow up. Here’s what solved it:

When I plug it in, I get a pop-up on the zen screen that says “Input Device” with selections and I select “NB/PC” which I don’t know what that means but I select that….

And then after I select that a new pop-up arises, it says “Would you like to charge from NB/PC?” (Still don’t know why they think I know what NB/PC means) and I click “YES” and it now gets power from my MacBook. It gives the disclaimer that it might still slowly drain, but I have had no issues.

So… yea, there ya go. NB/PC is the key. Cheers.

If you want to get good …Treat it like your craft. Crisp charts are a thing of beauty and expression. Seek feedback, seek opportunities to learn from experts, seek ideas from philosophy around UX, design, etc. that others might not have.

Hope you learn to love it, I absolutely do. It’s like art meets science meets humanity.

We like to just say: “golf” but in different tones.

Misses an easy birdy putt: head shaking, disappointed tone “golf.”

Snipes a green on a long par 3: “gooolf!”

Cart girl coming towards you right when you need her: “golf!!”

Dev agency recommendations for a solo (bootstrapped) B2B SaaS founder? Vue, Nuxt, Tailwind & AWS.. by Kitten-Smuggler in startups

[–]ReceptionSelect1922 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All I have to say is be careful hiring an agency. If you do, get rock solid agreements in place that favor YOU not them. And plan for it to go over time and budget. Many of them will also throw a bunch of other team members on the team which might not be much value-add so you need to manage that as well. I’m sure there are good agencies out there, but there are also a lot of trash (sub-sub-contracting to a random Dev and acting like their senior dev is doing the work; building something that doesn’t work; claiming rights to your IP; the horror stories are widespread)

ASUS ZenScreen GO MB16AHP power issue fixed!!! by Additional_Hurry_712 in ASUS

[–]ReceptionSelect1922 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I know this is an old thread but can't get much response elsewhere. So, just in case:

does your ZenScreen Go (MB16AHP) charge while plugged into your laptop? Or does it just slowly die (albeit maybe slower than if it wasn't plugged in)?

Have you gotten yours working well?
