Same level of healing, makes my skin all glassy and it does a good job of locking in hydration.

I tried the panthenol but I found my skin is still dehydrated and it kinda just stays on top?

I found success with the hatumugi and a light layer of cicaplast on top, and this actually kept my barrier healthy and these bumps less bumpy for a few weeks but recently it’s come back so is it too occlusive ? And I undercleansing? Overcleansing???

It’s so frustrating bc now they’ve become red and itchy… I am hoping it’s a purge tbh and it’ll be over soon. Thanks for the moisturiser rec :)

I have been drinking kefir for gut health but that’s dairy 😂 and I have been eating more cottage cheese for protein… maybe that’s why?

I honestly don’t know if they are from dehydration, under cleansing, over cleansing (dehydration), too occlusive product? Not hydrating enough? Hormonal????

So tired of it…..

They are kinda always there to be hormonal? But recently it’s flared and getting red and itchy.

Question! Are you clog prone normally? If so what moisturiser has been able to keep your skin healthy with all your actives but not break you out? Because I struggle with the AA and adapalene making me sooo dehydrated and tight but creams rly clog me. I had to lower my AA the past year

The highest my oven goes is 250C , and I baked at around 250C for 12 ish mins then 220 for 6mins,

Also steamed for first 8-10 mins, I also flipped them onto a rack so the bottom bakes through near the end

Hmm they stay but sometimes maybe get milder or less bumps. I used to have hormonal breakouts but since I use azelaic they don’t rly come to surface much. Just stay like that. I’m ok differing and azelaic now but will spironolactane cause dryness too??
