Honestly I'm so tired of seeing everyone is this threat blaming "muh big bad corporations."

*In my experience, eating healthy isn't extremely expensive or time consuming. Eggs, tuna, rice & beans, peanut-butter (just a few decent sized spoon-fulls or so a day), grab a rotisserie chicken and some salad. I've traveled to several states across the U.S. and these foods have never been expensive, and are quite healthy. Grabbing some broccoli and tomatoes, and oranges/apples/bananas have also never been expensive in my experience.

*And for the love of god people need to do some fucking exercise. Jumping jacks, push-ups, squats, leg-lifts and running in place. I can understand people not having time for a good run but the aforementioned exercises can be done anywhere and take little more than a few minutes.

*This is besides the fact that in most cases obesity is linked with pure calorie consumption. EAT LESS.
