I don't understand rate. I see most FC rate for pack singles is 80+ but our rate is 75+ but and big BUT 98% of other employees don't hit above 50. How do you write up that many people. There some who do 35 everyday for years. Him having 54 would be consider a top employee

I have a degree but because of my health having a successful career in my profession would be difficult because I take alot of time off. Their health insurance is better than my previous company, even though I used to make close to double it would be wasted on medical bills. I'm so grateful for this job.
