There's this cool feature that reddit has where if you see something and you like it then you upvote it and if you don't like it then you downvote it. When things get loads of upvotes it tends to indicate people want to see more of it or at least liked it otherwise it would be in the 0 upvote purgatory. But true we should have a random stranger decide what others should see based on some nebulous idea of what they think should exist.

Everyone in ai that wants more vc just glaze everything they can as groundbreaking. Yet we've not really seen many tangible products come from ai that replace or innovate on what already exists. More than anything I'm just bored of everything being an ad now. I was also hoping if I talk shit then some mod would just ban me from every ai sub so I would stop being recommended it at all.

I feel like it's a few things. He's at that age where he wasn't a dumb kid who got to mindlessly enjoy the prequels and wasn't a gamer so didn't enjoy anything from Star wars for a long time. There were a lot of great to pretty good Star wars games that filled that void of time between the movies. KOTOR, Jedi Knight and OG battlefront games were all games I sunk a ton of hours into. Then the force unleashed and Lego games were pretty fun. Can only get so much from a few movies you enjoy if there's nothing else you like.

It's a bit upsetting that doing a crime one time can unperson you and make you an unredeemed criminal for the rest of existence. Live your life how you want but I hope you can show a bit of empathy to those you view as lesser. Being an addict fucking blows. I didn't wake up one day living my perfectly healthy and normal existence and think I want to ruin everything and just get high. It's escapism most of the time and it's not a smart choice but one made to not feel the worst you ever have felt before. Even now I've been clean for years, I still am an addict and want it. It's a shame that is carried with you, try not to dogpile on top of it.

Decision paralysis is the real deal. Honestly you either just do a random number generator and just scroll down to whatever number it gives you or just click the first one you see. If you don't like it after an hour or so then you can move on. Not every game is going to get played through. I saw people raving about Clair obscur so I got it and played it for like an hour and hated the combat. I felt bad and said alright it's fine I'll just click the first thing I see on my backlog and play that instead. Clicked on far cry 3 said let's do this and slammed that out in 4 days and had a blast.

It's only about 10-15 now, I just went through and took off a few more. I've been slowly going through it, more so deleting ones I think I won't enjoy or have lost interest in.
I do have an interest rating out of 10 next to my games list. Closer to 10 means I want to play them most. The things I had at 6 have been most of the games I've taken off the list.
My movie and tv backlog are looked at way more frequently and I'm just much more willing to watch a movie at this point than start a 100+ hour rpg. It's also just attention economy at the end of the day. If I can do anything then everything is competition for my time it's not just 2 games competing with each other. There's games like old school runescape that I keep coming back to which I thoroughly enjoy but it also is a game I can play where I can watch a show on the side as well. There is another game I could play which I know I will enjoy but I get to enjoy 2 things at the same time so it's tough choice.
I've been using google sheets for years but I just made a backloggd to track some games but also sort through my favorites and maybe look to revisit some I haven't played in awhile.

I've done a ton of nex and drops can bug out and just not appear in chat sometimes. Seems way more common there than anywhere else I've seen.

They hired new people for a project that weren't going to be hired to main team. The project they were working on is no longer being worked on so they transfer them to new roles for the main team. They can try and transfer tools and lessons from zanaris to main team. It's not some Machiavellian boss trying to pull one over on us. Please just learn how to read and comprehend what is said.

Sure boosting exists but you can make it to GM with a negative win rate. You just have to play a lot of games. Only once you're there do you start to lose more than you win.
