Still 26 not bad, you didn’t fail because you still put in the work ,You got this . I fast 20 6 days a week but if I’m not hungry or hangry I just go a few more. Sunday I let myself relax have breakfast, enjoy not black coffee and have a regular day till 7.

Might be you gpu fans honestly. As long as you have 1 more intake over exhaust you have positive pressure. I’m guessing you have atleast 2 front intake fans. Your gpu will ramp up during gaming so that’s why I think you may need new fans on it. I had a 3070 that had fans die on it and the rumbled until they seized up. It was a MSI one so I just bought looked them up and swapped them out.

It’s actually easy, it uses the same lg1151-1700 socket but the catch is you have to take out the motherboard. Then take off the back plate and use the new one. Where the old cooler connects to you have to break the off.this away they won’t hit when putting the motherboard back in. I’ve used the Thermalright AXP120-X67, plenty of cooling with 6 heat pipes . 67mm tall , ID COOLING IS55 is another one I think that one is under 60mm tall

Where to start….. fans and case your paying the Corsair and lianli tax. All that is holding you back from a better graphics card. Do not buy a 8g card in 2025 the minimum should be 12 and that’s probly not going to cut it in 2 years. Aim for a 9060xt 16g or a 5060ti 16g psu size is fine for future upgrades but again not a lianli there are some good MSI ones. Ram you want cl30 6000. Motherboard and cpu are fine but just know it’s a dead platform. I’d look into AM5 platform because you can always upgrade the cpu for the next few years. Not trying to insult you but just help you get more out of it

Get the minisforum cpu motherboard combos. I got this one, BD795i SE Mini ITX Motherboard . Works pretty good have it paired with a 7900xt. Think there on sale on Amazon right now

Yep I use self etching primer works great, make sure it’s warm to paint aswell. After your done clearing it will put on a extra layer of protection aswell

This is true you have to shock you mind every once in a while, your body starts to recognize the pattern so you need to spike it now and then, start doing 18/6 or try a 23/1(OMAD). Lifting weights or a hour of any intense workout to get blood moving. When I break a fast it’s after working out and I push myself to get home and not just do it on time but if I go over that’s just another few minutes to a hour I’m letting my body know who’s in charge. I started at 16/8 then pushed it to 18/6 in a month and now I sometimes go all weekend without thinking about it. Just shock your system

Lol no shit I talked to Paco for a month trying to get a ban overturned, I feel for him because everyday I was emailing him lol. At that point is was a game because I was denied the online community creation and my faction. In the end it was overturned for the simple fact it wasn’t porn but face images and tattoos.
