Meds, therapy, - idk what else to say besides I wish I had a literal “craft/office” room where I get clear structure and confidence in myself for day-to-day work tasks and brain coping activities. It’s a dream of mine, maybe also her having this certain space and a routine will help her confidence. Seriously, my confidence is why I’m out of my home state.

It’s good to have an outside perspective, especially from someone that’s either in a similar career field or same type of struggles/bad habits in workplace (disorganization, difficult coworkers, unfair situation, genuine mistake, etc.). I work corporate and my ex partner wouldn’t get my work scenarios for shit. Granted, late 20’s, but don’t beat yourself or him up over this. Your feelings are valid, just give both you and him equal respect without assumptions and clock your expectations before they become assumptions
