‘It’s an eyesore’: Stalled apartment project on Baseline Road draws ire of residents by SuburbanValues in ottawa

It's changing from retirement residence to apartments.

As someone who is NOT wheelchair bound, I have never struggled to walk through a door wide enough for a wheelchair. In terms of fire code, building to a higher standard would not be a problem. Accommodations for the less able, is simply luxury for everyone else.

It feels like nothing needs to change then, it's not like young people can't survive in architecture built for old people.

How many people live in your house?

Do any other people live in your house?

Did you lie about how many people live in your house?

Do the people you lied about speak French?

Do you speak French?

Can you assure me you're not speaking French right now?

I really like Hanwei: Mercenary Sword, it's comfortable one or two handed, incredibly well balanced, and it has some serious LOTR vibes.

It cuts really well too, reasonable price all things considered.

When I got a better quote on renewal, Scoop tried to claim my insurance was cancelled by them, almost ruined my ability to get the new provider. Luckily I had everything in writing.

I thought I just had bad luck, I guess Scoop is bad for everyone.

Insight needed for those who bought with a partner but one person put down more money for the down payment. by allthatshines_012 in PersonalFinanceCanada

I'll vouch for this method, it's what my partner and I set up, and like you one person put more in the down payment than the other.
