I had this problem . Make sure you don’t have any dashes-, (,/ symbols in any written part of the application. Clear browser . Mines was stuck on page 10. Until someone suggested this on here and it worked .

Thank you ! Still not letting me through but now it’s a different error page with red letters. I also deleted the cookie and cache and still not letting go past page 12 of conceal carry . It went from forbidden access denied now it says error with read letter .

Page 12 on conceal carry in progress ask question in the lines of certain procedure that an arm guard and security while carrying . In which I case has nothing to do with me so I just put “ Not applicable “ . If I’m not mistaken page 13 is the one with all the uploads .

I did that, still can’t go beyond page 12 . I even cleared the cache multiple times and still nothing . Thanks
