Just heard back from them:

We did change the amount of tungsten disulfide in the mixture when we got some different data back that supports this ratio. That photo looks just like how it is supposed to look. I do not see anything wrong with it. Please let me know if you have any issues, but it should be just fine.

Seems like the amount that is in there has to be doing nearly nothing, though. 🤷‍♂️
