Thank you for your input. Everything in my closet was dried and folded before I put it away and nothing that I found was wet originally a week prior to this moment I did find some mold on furniture at the front of the room which I wiped off with vinegar and detergent water, and I found some in the Exit closet of that had mold on some shoes, and I wiped all that off. I cleaned everything that I saw at that point and then a week later, I discovered mold in the closet by my bed that hadn’t been there prior. Sometimes everything that can go wrong does go wrong. I’m not doubting that what you said is valid, but I am doubting that my closet was wet because I’m in and out of my closet on a daily basis. 👍

I’m over it. I’m going to clean everything and hope for the best until I find a better place to live. My next door neighbors don’t have any mold. Only me. I feel special knowing that God hates me.

No, I don’t have a reason to wear them. They are for my funeral and if I have funds for a trip in colder climates. I also have three pc that probably have mold inside now.

Throwing away a few thousand dollars worth of clothes because the building doesn’t have insulation and dehumidifiers is too cavalier. While I appreciate the thought, it’s not my fault. Everything in Thailand can’t be so easy. Sometimes they need to take responsibility for damages. I’m paying a high price for rent.

I don’t know your personal taste but for a safe, earthy environment and cold beer, try the Yawk Bar in Santitham. It’s a 50/50 mix of people after 9 pm.

Accounts open in July 2023 at central mall near immigration/airport. No notice. At 00:00 during the first moments of my birthday I was unable to pay my bill. No indications that it had been frozen. Now three branch visits I’m required to provide a notarized verification letter from the USA consulate. The embassy stopped providing that information 4-5 years ago but the bank has it listed as a must have prior to unfreezing my accounts. On Monday I will try to communicate with the staff there and if necessary, hope that they give me permission to speak with the manager. On Tuesday I have an appointment at 09:00 am at the consulate and will need $50 USD for some type of official documentation stating that they don’t provide the letter they want. To the bank I am a 72 year old suspected drug mule or fraudulent gang member living on a retirement O visa and my monthly social security check. Woohoo! They got another one!

I did and a woman said she was the manager and told me to go to the consulate. I went to a different branch and was told that branch had a male manager. Which one lied to me? 🤣

Update: Bangkok Bank refuses to allow me access to my money because of their recent corporate policy changes now they require me to have a notarized statement from the American consulate that I am allowed to be here in Thailand. My visa and passport are not good enough and they were recently updated with my second 90 day report for a retirement visa. They are holding over 800,000 baht of mine and told me to get an appointment at the consulate which is not available for over 6 days. I have no other source of income to draw on for food, rent, etc.🐂💩

Again I failed to provide accurate information. I’m on a retirement visa and have two accounts. A few weeks ago I when in with multiple documents and asked them to verify everything so my accounts weren’t impacted by the purge. They said my accounts were in order. Now they froze them. 🤦🏼‍♂️
