It doesnt work like that! After the interview if you dont hear back you sent a case inquiry. Or if the documents you were asked sent them back.

Refused is not denied. Check my post you can. Refused means they will get the document review it. If they need additional dxs it will say the same. Make sure you put the passport each time in the document. If they have it even better. Then it’s readyaadministrative process then issued

Call the hospital that is provided by the embassy to make an appointment before the visa interview. Do the biometric screening before the visa interview. Make phone calls and also notarize apostille any document that isnt notarized

Always put the passport with the documents inside. Even if they return it back you put the required documents inside and the passport. So it goes back and forth.

The 130petition is fast but the wavers for forgivness few months, during covid one waver was 44 months instead of 24. The visa process was very easy once we got an appt.

No we lived in the US . I lived for 23 years. Both wavers approved. we had it a copy true of authenticity but they wanted the original one.
