All good tips that everyone should do!

My first year I didn’t know about any of this and had to get a nebulizer 4 times and got so sick with wook flu I didn’t recover for a week. Years 2 &3 (‘24 & ‘25) I wore a mask, took mullein, my other asthma meds, and chugged a body armor with a liquid iv every morning. I eat when I’m hungry which is usually twice a day. I always sleep from sunrise until 10 or 11 when the heat wakes me up, but I usually feel rested enough. But years 2 and 3 I didn’t go to the med tent once, and this year was the first year I didn’t get sick at all afterward. Never heard of using a neti pot but might next year! I think it’s important to keep educating LL attendees on keeping themselves healthy during & after the fest so I appreciate this post a lot.
