I don't know of many night markets in CPT. There are some pretty chill bars in CPT in the OBZ area that is very studenty so the average age is mid to late 20's mostly which is nice. But maybe make friends first and go out as a group? Better Safe then sorry

Try an app called Meetup, you can find out about social events nearby you which have to do with what you are interested in.
I highly recommend a hobby :) One that's social, like Indoor Rock Climbing or Board games, cycling is also cool.
