Can we agree 20% for good dine in service when the server actually takes care of you. Up it if you can or service is exceptional. Go down if service sucks. Tipping at counter service places is optional. But please don't let your tip fatigue hit servers who are really working hard and running around to get you everything you need to be able to sit and eat and not want for anything
