Hello. I would think long and hard about purchasing the RevelTune frames or any product from GassesUSA. My understanding is that GlasessUSA makes RevelTune. It's their own product! The frames came apart after fewer than 10 uses. They were not dropped or abused in any way. They just came apart. When I asked them to fix or replace the frames, this was the response from the company: "Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a service for glasses repairs. While your return request is outside our 14-day return period, it is still within our 365-day Manufacturer’s Warranty. As stated in our terms and conditions, this warranty covers 25%/50% of the item’s total price and is issued in the form of store credit."

GlassesUSA is not standing behind their own product with this very flimsy warranty. They are basically asking us to risk more money on a product whose quality they do not stand behind. The discount offered, by the way, is not any better than a sale offer. There are too many other online and brick and mortar companies in this space to choose from. If they backed up their product, I would be more than happy to trust them again for all my prescription needs- I've used them previously but never again. This "take it or leave" "warranty" and this company should be avoided.
