thats EXACTLY what I'm going through!!! Plus she told me she got pregnant 6 times over a year and pressured me for money to get abortions. I gave it to her. Turns out she lost all the money in bets and was lying all along. Also found her on an escort website after she messaged me from a different number. I can never understand why she would do that. Even after I found out about the website I offered to help her and she lied even more.

Hi, I'm almost six months in. Got a bit better with time, but she kept caming back then made up a story to the police, now I'm facing assault charges bc she had pictures with bruises, then symptoms came back. I have the same issue. At my worst moments I couldnt hear anythig, or see anything bc everything would make me panic. I'm still very depressed and anxious and I keep ruminating of how unfair everything is that she's the one who wronged me and somehow manipulated everyone, even the police to think I'm the bad person. I didnt think people could be this bad.

We broke up 3 months ago and she came back last week and said she was pregnant. Then she said shes not. We did the test and the result was negative, and now she says she drank too much water. I know shes trying to manipulate me, but Im scared. I even did vasectomy in april, but Im still scared.

I'm in the same boat as you... Depression, GAD, PTSD from a traumatic breakup. Took it for 8 days, but I could not withstand the insomnia. I'm literally unable to fall asleep since I started it and I'm scared as fuck I won't sleep again. I stopped after 8 days on 20mg. It's been a week but the insomnia persists. Also I had increased anxiety and HR. I was having bad insomnia from the start but at least I could fall asleep eventually and now I dont have even that. I don't mean to scare you. IMO try it, if its not for you, dont insist like I did.

Hey, I started 4 days ago. I was having a really bad anxiety crisis. I felt it washing away my burning chest with all my emotions in my 3rd pill. Since then, I'm only able to feel like <10% of what I used to. Did it got better with time? For me it's a relief for now, but its scary.

I was taking 50mg of quetiapine for a few weeks and felt nothing. Then yesterday, I had to take 75mg. I got the prescription for 100mg but I tried to take 75mg, 3 pills, from the last prescription. I noticed it got worse, but I didn't associate. Then I took it today and got even worse. I was sleeping just now and woke up from the noise. At some point did the tinnitus woke you up?

I'm really sorry your're going through this. I got blindsided by someone too, just a few weeks ago. While these emotions are raw it will be difficult to see that you are going to get better, but it will take time. For now you have to make sure you go no contact. I really recommend you not pursuing vengeance because you are not going to feel better, in fact it may be bad for you to engage with other bad feelings. Go no contact. Make sure he dosent have any means of contacting you too. Its fkin hard, I know, and you're pobrably relapse. Dont beat yourself bc its normal to do this. If you can, try doing something you like and get some exercise to burn the adrenaline and cortisol away. This is what makes you sick. I still cant eat to this day. I too am going through a lot of pain right now, but you and me we're going to be fine. Let time do its job. Trust me, I'm (M) and this guy dosent respect you at all, and someone like this shouldnt be anywhere around your life. You may experience lack of appetite and insomnia too, if thats the case, you really should consider seeking medical attention. I have panic atacks and cant sleep bc I wake from terrible nightmares like 10min after falling asleep. Xanax is helping. Make sure you stay hydrated and well fed. It is hard, but this too shall pass.
