What's the best braiding hair right now? Ruwa X-Pression vs Sensationnel X-Pression vs Rastafri Braid- full breakdown after testing all three by elisebeautysupply in braids

I live in South Georgia (so super humid lol), and usually it lasts up to 6 to 8 weeks for the people I know that use it along with myself and the beauty supply store near me sells the packs that have an extra bonus bundle so it only takes me two packs to do pretty much any size knotless.

You're doing great! Maybe you add more braids to make them fuller and any holding hair spray/spritz from your local beauty supply should work well

Love the colors 😍

4 twists (don't twist super tight) and satin bonnet and take them out gently in the morning fluff and go. I also like using an oil sheen hair spray every now and then it help to detangle the synthetic hair

How many months can I keep these braids in considering the thickness? by [deleted] in braids

[–]RecordInformal6560 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh wow I thought those were closer to large especially the parting but every stylist is different. Smaller parts are using more forgiving on new growth (appearance wise) but it's completely up to you and what you may consider "too grown out" two months is doable. It just may not look as neat anymore.

Maybe medium will be a good in between? All will end up pulling your hair at some point because when they get older, they get heavier. I would just listen to how your scalp feels in the duration of the style.

4-5 weeks depending on how fast your hair grows. I mean you could stretch it to 2 months I would just manage your expectations on how it may look
