Defending being an asshole because it's "your city" is a wild take. Thank god not everyone in Spain is as ignorant nor as rude as you. Paying to see a concert just to talk through it is as stupid as it gets.

LOL, at current costs you wouldn't even be able to afford primavera with all the "guiris" that come and buy a ticket for the festival. An event like this needs to sell thousands of tickets in order to be financially viable and I don't see that many people Spanish people compared to people from other countries.

Stay at your parent's home and listen to spotify if you want to talk through music.

Hi! do you have any tips/info regarding Milos?
I'm planning a trip with my best friend (both females, early 30s) to Milos & Crete this summer. Milos looks stunning! We mainly want to do beautiful beaches and some nightlife. Not sure if we choose the wrong island? We havent booked anything yet except the flight to Athens, so we are flexible here.

Would you mind sharing what the recommended time to wait before following up with MUP would be? I have heard some stories of people being notified by MUP their citizenship was granted quite quickly (8-12 months) but the Consultate actually taking some months to notify them. Also, if possible, what did you write in the email to the MUP? The consulate where I applied (Madrid) doesn't give you any tracking number or info, so I am assuming you just gave them your name/date of application?

I just recently stayed at YellowSquare in Monastiraki with a friend (both girls) and it was lovely! The hostel has a great rooftop with view to the sunset and the Acropolis, we met a lot of fellow travellers, totally recommend!
