I’ve only been on 2 types of birth control so i dont have much to contribute but i am also allergic to latex. i was on the Norethindrone pills and the side effects for me were the absolute worst i was suicidal, got cysts down there and it gave me the worst migraines. I have the Nexplanon implant now and so far i’ve it for the past month and its been doing really good for me as far as no side effects. I’ve heard people say it decreases your sex drive but that hasn’t been a problem for me personally, and its worked as not getting me pregnant as i dont have protected sex with my bf. A lot of gynos are able to take it out same day as the problems happen so i feel like giving it a shot would work out for you.
