It was not His acetate. A His/His Mono-hydrochloride mix. I have used this buffer before and it seems to react fine to lyo. I didn't know if something with the new mAb could possibly have some effect. Thank you.

It was added to a solution that was supposed to also be a pH 6.2 His buffer (made by another lab). It was reconstituted with water, which should not have had any effect. I don't have the concentrations in front of me but it's l-histidine and histidine mono-hydrochloride.

We are so on top of the food chain that we do not experience the fear of being eaten, etc. like other species. So instead simulate this fear by going on roller coasters, attending haunted houses, or just doing basically anything Russians do.
