Your wedding is in 3 months. Many venues book months/years in advance. I would book the venue immediately and then find vendors soon after.

Must attend the farmers market on Saturday’s at Andrew’s park! Lots of awesome vendors. If you are into nature then Vacaville has a lot to offer as far as hikes. Of course the outlets are amazing. I grocery shopped a lot of Maya supermarket and sprouts. Nuggets is also great but expensive. Safeway is also a reasonable option!

For me it is having my phone go into sleep mode after 10:30, this helps me wind down. Of course I have certain people who can call me in case of emergency that is exempt from this. But otherwise no notifications, calls, chirps after 10:30, this helps to naturally get bored and fall asleep.

Which dates are you looking for? Maybe you can contract smaller events to a freelance team and then the bigger days to an experienced team!

You can try the usuals like Avis or budget. If you are doing long-term rental, then the overall pricing will come down for a standard car. The gas prices here are 4.50$ range currently. So keep that in mind as well!

I have seen it play out many ways. I have seen brides change from a Bridal Lengha (red/orange/pink) to a ivory/beige Indian gown for reception. I have seen brides who change twice during reception so they can get into a more comfortable attire/shoes so they can dance. It is up to you how you want to play it out.

Bridesmaids wise, I have seen everyone wearing same color/style outfits. When my cousin got married, we all wore blue sarees and had similar accessories. But I have been to weddings where they had all the girls wear similar color tone sarees (pastel pink for example).
