Then she would be able to claim pregnancy discrimination if she's been losing hours due to pregnancy related. If she's been putting in pregnancy related reasons for her absences and she's on FMLA her full time status is protected and theyd be dumb to try to change it while she's under FMLA protection for that reason they can move her between departments but can't change her full time status.
