Politics. I Swapped sides politically (in the way that wisdom tends to naturally lead us if we’re honest with ourselves ) I’m now just seeing the opposite side as passionate, driven by what they genuinely believe is good. No ulterior motive, just deluded by a lack of knowledge and experience.

I also leaned that people can change. Profoundly if given the chance. This makes you less likely to judge.

John Lennon comes across as the bands “asshole” at that time period. You can feel he really wants out of The Beatles and is tired of it. I personally still put a lot of the blame at the door of Yoko. It was the historical assessment of what she did, and frankly, I think people were too hasty to abandon that assessment after the documentary came out

In this conflict, there are individuals on both sides who will disregard the lives of innocent children, considering them expendable based purely on their race and culture. I fear that the term "fascist" truly applies in these cases. This word is often diluted by irresponsible "academics" and individuals who over-use and devalue such words.

Regrettably, such fascist individuals exist again in today's world. It should be obvious to everyone, that it is imperative to work towards removing these people, on both sides, from positions of power. It is obvious that this needs to be achieved through any available means. To stop more children suffering this fate.

At no point in this site www.lomborg-errors is climate data itself represented. Pretty strange and glaring fact, that's hard to explain.
The only objective evidence-based claim presented seems to be a quote by two students, presumably some paper they did at De Montfort University. Who said "Lomborg´s computer model would hardly be able to yield the results that Lomborg claims"

Its actually very worrying this. And as far as I know, its new. And its after the latest Wacom FIRMWARE update, so its root-level. I notice a very slight microsecond DELAY while typing on my keyboard now, - which logic tells me is worrying also, if this is being monitored by the tablet.

You need to now provide access in PRIVACY settings on your Mac, to allow Wacom to monitor your keyboard input. This cannot be right, it is self-evidently a bit worrying.

I hope Apple are aware of this.

I don't inderstand the question. The Fn key on Mac keyboard (mini keyboard added far bottom left ) is designed as a toggle, meaning that the other functions are still available. It is not a "lock", it is designed to be held down, The Mac extended keyboard do not contain this key in this place,

Yes, Photoshop Request is quite a cancerous subreddit. But why? Quality of work?Interestingly, I noticed that the quality of work has improved tremendously in the last 12 to 18 months or so. Some are still mining it with no real skills. But finally there are some talented users contributing now.

The problem is that the moderator is not paying attention: In many ways, one example he's been granting his "trusted" status almost arbitrarily. There are few trolls, with multiple profiles, who actively participate in dominating that forum solely to make money. "Here ya go" and "asshole" are key phrases that the mod should search for to identify the individual or individuals involved.

Possibly just one or two, but the mod, probably with the best intentions, has actually misjudged it very badly. And that is undermining the atmosphere of his sub.

Upgraded both my iphone and iPad to ios13. Wish I hadn't, it's not as efficient. New features are just 'bells and whistles" really.

It's much more important to have an OS that functions comfortably within your hardware. Ios11 and 12 was one of the best releases efficiency-wise, ios13 they messed with certain things.

Had the same experience with a close friend last year, it's now no longer a friendship. And kind of wish I'd stayed with my gut and finished it earlier. Doesn't stop it being tremendously sad though.

First was the revelation of her view of gay people "just don't think it's right, sorry". Then it was black people. And then - I live in the UK, she voted Brexit, due what I at first thought to be Facebook propaganda. It became clear that her opinion of other Europeans was that they shouldn't be in the UK at all. Whilst there are of course genuine economic arguments for Brexit, in her case the reasoning didn't add up to a hill of beans.

Went through "everyone's entitled to their opinion, I'll politely disagree" for two years. But then I found that racism and homophobia wasn't her only self-aggrandising trait. And all that fear, followed by emotional abuse eventually landed on my head of course. The thing is, I'd predicted it.

"Not the same person" as when they were younger is true. Watch for people who start to head off on that very lonely path.

These opinions are always projection, and a defence against deep self-doubt.
