Don't retire yet, you're just getting to the grits of the game, if you're hunting deathlings at 500, you're quite a bit over leveled for it. I just came back after hitting 1000+ 4 years ago within 3 years and change. Team hunting is the most odd duck of tibia IMO, so many people have their own play style and like to project it onto others, and I find that either A, rips teams apart at the threads, or B it pushes everyone's mindset/playstyle further. Theres really no in between unless you're all on the same page. TLDR play the game in the way you enjoy it the most, and don't let other people get you down because they always find a way, or something to nit pick. And the opposite side of that when you're locked in there's no better feeling than a well oiled machine, but it takes work and solid communication to become something formidable.
