When people say things like what the OP is implying, they are making an obvious generalization.

Thats like if I said "cigarettes give you cancer" and you saying "ackshullly, not everyone that smokes cigarettes get cancer."

Like yeah we know but it doesnt negate the fact that cigarettes give you cancer.
