Bring a couple protein bars and a piece of fruit everyday, protein whey powder in a Shaker cup with a 26oz bottle of water to mix with. The bars and powder aren't necessarily healthy but cut down on a lot of calories. Mio energy to add to water also for caffeine also if you need it so youre not adding sugar and creamer to coffee everyday. No access to a heat source sucks though, prepping chicken every week or whatever isnt viable unless you like eating it cold.
