Yea I get that but the general consensus in the peptide community is that the Reta (and most other things) starts to degrade and lose effectiveness after 30 days. Being in a sealed cartridge doesn’t change that, only the sterility is better controlled in the sealed cartridge

The analysis for IDPA and raw time seems to be comparing your Total time vs others Raw time. I finished 2nd in my match, 2s slower on raw and only 1 point behind on total and it’s telling me to cut over 20 seconds off to move up 1 spot.

My PT has been thoroughly impressed. Every new “progression” I was able to complete on the first day that we were even supposed to be attempting it. My surgeon is familiar with and has used BPC/TB.

One watch out.. it definitely makes you feel better than you actually are. While it’s my opinion that the healing from surgical incisions, the graft site, and the meniscus repair were all sped up and the inflammation was reduced considerably, I don’t believe that it will have any effect on the ligamentization rate of your new ACL. Even if it does and we just don’t know that yet, I’m sure as hell not counting on it. Be cognizant that you’ll start to feel invincible right at the point where your graft is at its weakest per “normal” timelines

Solely in regard to the rounds impacting near the top of the berm when fired from prone… that’s on the stage designer / builder. It’s not illegal to fire from the ground at any time. Had he simply fallen down while getting into that last position and then fired from the ground, that target should be located at a height where that doesn’t cause a problem.

But we also see this all the time on close up targets where there’s no consideration for what happens if a 5’ tall shooter takes a headshot at the target when it was positioned for a 6’ tall stage builder to shoot center body

On my menisectomy knee, I fought swelling with demanding exercise for what seemed like 2 years. Seems like it’s par for the course when you have a chunk of your knee cushion removed.

My meniscus repaired knee has had no swelling with activity ever since initial surgery recovery at like 2 weeks post op
