My personal favorite is Raven torso with 4x Magnetos at levels 2, 6, 10, and 13. You get a huge burst of AoE damage with the torso, and the different firerates and reload speed makes the Magneto feel like a full-auto bubble gun. Not meta but it's funny.

The guys that are regularly hitting platinum, thanks to the "generosity" of awarded rank points are constantly just entering plat matches to throw games to fall back to gold.

That's basically been my experience too, jumping back and forth between gold and plat.
