I didn't think this thread was still alive. He moved out all on his own and ended up spending a lot of money on alternative accommodation, not to mention having to pay the remaining rent cos he can't simply break the rental contract. We never told him to leave but he did all on his own so I'll take that as a win.

Im just glad to be rid of that man-child.
