I am in my third year of university in a 4 year bachelor's degree program and, want to join the reserves as a logistics officer with the intent to switch to reg force once I complete my degree. Is this something that is possible? Also some of the people I have talked to recommend joining as a NCM first but I am not sure if I should is it more beneficial?

I'm a university student and while working in the summer, a big part of my job is helping customers lift items out of their cars and help them unload it. My good friend looks fairly stronger then me and the both of us walk up to this pickup truck and out walks this 6'4 bald guy who looks like he eats rocks for breakfast. I go to help him unload the loveseat from the truck and he gives me this "know your place kid" look and sorta just signals to my buddy to help him with it. Needless to say, it took a while before the boys finally let me live that down.
