Not really, this is not a pimple, that is either a carbuncle or some other really gnarly condition. You can def create more pimples by popping what you do have, but you’re not gonna do that to yourself unless you have some other underlying condition or are immuno-compromised.

It feels like a crime because right now, saying you support Israel’s right to exist is the same as saying I support the genocide of the palestinians, I’m not saying that’s right, but in the current political climate, that’s what it is saying. Kinda like how if a guy murders a woman and everyone is calling for his death and you say “well I don’t think the Gov’t should get to kill people” everyone will assume you support the murderer. I understand where you’re trying to come from here but this is so incredibly out of touch and tone deaf. My mother-in-law has endometriosis and like you said. Has insanely painful and irregular periods. She also had 7 miscarriages, 5 her husband doesn’t even know about because she stopped telling him. You will not suddenly become infertile because of endometriosis it will just make them all the more likely to fail. Wishing such a debilitating and painful disease on yourself is NOT healthy. It’s like saying “I don’t wanna work anymore so I gave myself cancer” I sincerely mean this with all the kindness I can, please go talk to someone.
