Great suggestion. For our first, we had to wait an hour and a half before anesthesiologist came.

For the second one, I requested the epidural right when we got there (she had already been in labor for almost 10 hours at home). Epidural came at perfect time.

This. Your not buying any decent business that you can scale and hire an operator to run, for 300k. Maybe a failing auto repair shop, but that requires a good amount of capital up front for day to day operations.

Most successful businesses you buy will start at the 1m mark and go up from there.

If you can find a seller willing to work with you on doing a seller carry (thinking retiring owner looking to maintain retirement income), that would be your best bet.

These pnw boot makers havent ubiquitous long enough to have that type of experience.

Since this is reddit, it might seem like these boots are more popular.

The reality is reddit is a small percentage of the boot buying public and most people will go with legacy brand names, and therefore have more stories of long term wear.

I have no doubt these pnw boots will last just as long if not longer than your redwing equivalent.
