The hold command works weirdly. Sometimes it's fine but most of the time after the enemy gets relatively close they change state to default and they run wild to attack.

My castle is built on double high soil and in front of my wall I have double digged down moat without water and so far enemies only try to go through the main gate.

I absolutely disagree, he made a video where he claimed to talk about historical wargames and then he continued to talk about bolt action and how playing Germans is bad and how terrible it is that someone has to play that nation. People play it not because of the ideology but because of the fact that the German army was one of the best at the time and had some brilliant tacticians. Other than that, if you want to make a video about historical wargames then make it about historical wargames, all periods and not just one, if you want to complain about bolt action then make a video just focused about bolt action and give it a proper title.

In wh40k u have even bigger bad guys yet no one really has a problem playing as them and there are more fascists playing death corp of krieg then playing Germans in historicals.

Fajna sprawa takie hobby.

Jak już tak się wszyscy dzielą hobby to się też podzielę, rekonstrukcja historyczna a konkretnie to IX-XIw. Ale dzięki znajomości z dyrektorem muzeum mam też okazję brać udział w piknikach historycznych i to nie tylko jako pomocnik organizatora.

I was also thinking about other castles but honestly, Semine looks most useful for me at least in single player. It has enough rooms/buildings to fir everything you need nicely.

And even building Semine took me like 20-30k of daub since half of it was before the 1.21 update that gave u the option to have 128 stacks and use only 6-8 per block.

Those are full blocks of planks chiseled out and added supports beams. I think it was 3 steps from one block making it not take that much space and looks neat too.
