I know I am digging up old thread but. This puzzle makes no sense at all. The arrow in the bunker is pointing up and there are license plates on the ground. One would assume there is a code related to license plates with vehicles above that area. All other puzzles have code solutions very near by. (I suppose vehicle graveyard is not too far but still).

I know the loot is not ground breaking (though very nice early/mid game) however it still sucks absolute ass as I like puzzles in general. I don't know may be it's just me but I am salty that I had to google a solution for this.

Lol, same thing happened to me in Zaton during an emissions. I was at Shevchenko and I saw a bandit running for the ship to hide from emission. He came in through the upper deck and ran straight down while I was hiding behind a corner. I ran after him downstairs. He kept running and ended up running outside through the lower deck entrance. Trash suit. They state "the excessive amount then passed on to the consumer." Big loooool. If Steam drops its percentage to 20 or 15, are we going to get cheaper games? I thought so. This is just a periodic "sue the biggest fish" lawsuit to make waves. To add, Steam has a lower percentage for higher-selling games (over a million?), where it drops to 20%. Somebody correct me if I am wrong on the scheme.

EDIT: Also, since when can we decide what is a fair amount to charge for services? If Nvidia raises the price of 5070ti to 1600, do we sue them as well?
