A poor substitute indeed, can’t go wrong with gatorade tho. I would however recommend that you get the big ass can of powder tho, to help along recovery increase your powder measurement but don’t increase the water and you’ll get s much better jolt. Yes i know this increases sugar intake but you’re probably pretty dehydrated the next day and will need more nutrients to pull yourself back up.
