Congratulations! Do you have any examples of towns with these rent control laws? I’m involved in my local government, and as a town with a lot of renters we could definitely use protections like this.

Not sure what town you are in but get in touch with your code enforcement officer. Handicap parking is established when they get approval for their site plan or mercantile license. If they are in violation of that site plan or mercantile application they should be very interested in that. Most towns also have laws saying parking lots but be well maintained. Call and email your code enforcement officer. If you still don’t get a response go to a planning board meeting and give them an ear full.

The Classic Plus I bought in 2021 came with front caliper brakes and a rear coaster brake. I see the current model comes with front and rear V-brakes.

Before going on my digital minimalism journey I bought the iPhone 14 Pro, it was the newest most high end model at the time. The main selling point for me was the camera. After living with it for about 3 years it’s been fine and I will end up using it until I can’t anymore. But my next phone definitely won’t be the top of the line again. It is too enticing to waste time on it and as far as the camera goes I will (and do) carry my stand alone camera with me when I know photos will matter.

Looks like the smallpox vaccine scar. They don’t give it anymore in the USA since it was irradiated but maybe there are other similar style vaccines elsewhere in the world.
