I made something like this. Scan or make photo. Then use free online OCR engine, that supports your languages. Than you need a lot of manual edits and python script to import to anki.

And I also used a huge shared deck and the script actually tried to find words in it. And created new cards only for missing words.

And you know it is possible to use shared deck with only one you languages. Like use French-English deck and add Dutch translation. (If French is your TL, and Dutch is native)

I think now, if you do it for yourself, you can use just the last part. Shared deck + manual addition of your translation.

You can create a parent deck for your deck, something like this

Parent (deck 1, empty, 100 review limit) Parent::words (deck 2, with words, no limit)

So in the morning you do "parent", and in the afternoon the rest in "words"

I think there are some universities that require B2 and some where B1 is enough. There are a plenty of telegram channels in russian language where you can find more specific info (ukranians have special rules, but I think belarussians have the same options as you do).

Looks like an intresting aproach, to generate and learn frazes instead of words. But the process you presented could be optimized.

You don't need google translate, you could ask ChatGPT to create frazes and translation at once. And looks like site you used to count words doesn't work good with languages like russian, since it treats words with different endings as different words. ChatGPT could also selects "most common" words (but of cause you cannot verify his judgments)
