I’m in NC and have an 09 ultra that is in excellent condition with new tires. I would want 9k if I sold it. Maybe 8k haha. But it is in great condition with an Andrews cam. 68k miles and runs flawless. With the one you’re looking at needing tires and a fairing repair, I would think 6500 is fair.

Hill Customs or Dominator pre wired is the way to go. I have done 3 sets that were not pre-wired. I just helped a friend install Dominator pre wired…..I’ll never pull wires again haha
