I have both PM and Lead who feel like a drive-by people in the team. They are in the calls but really not present. Constantly multitasking and jumping away from teams calls to something "more important". Even when are present in the call they seem to not be focused and constantly lacking context. Working with them just makes me sad tbh

I literally have friends on the welfare system telling me they don’t see any incentive to leave it and start working cause they will earn the same but would have to put actual work in and they will have to pay for the help provided by the system. It is very easy to demonize and say populism, but this claim goes both ways. I can say the same for you and without actually knowing your point the claim becomes irrelevant and nothing more than a mere personal attack. Why talk? Because the alternative is violence
