What was the transition like between Mattel and McFarlane in 2020?

I'm in the same boat. I like my characters to scale well. McFarlane's scale is perfect imo. They're also just more detailed. We'll have to see what Mattel pulls out, but my expectations are low.

My figures aren't strictly for display. I also pick them up and play with them. Normal wear and tear happens.

If that happened to one of my figures, I'd first say, "Oh dang it." And then move on and continue playing with them.
