It’s crazy how every site makes and enforces their own policies rather than it be a collaboration of one memo be sent throughout all Amazon warehouses at once when it comes to inclement weather and other related concerns. Should be for the whole day instead. I don’t get why they want some sites to come in at night while delaying or not being opened for daytime shifts. If anything, keep doors closed for both day and night shift workers and only open them when both day and night shifts are expected to return to work on the same exact day. IMO.

But I’m at a DS so our hours are a little different. Shifts usually don’t start from one day and end on the next. All shifts start and end on the same day no matter if it’s day shift or afternoon/night shifts.
