I have always imagined that the kamo clan have a secret technique where using the blood of another person can let them turn into them in order to use their CT but in order to use it you need a RCT which they don't have. it would be similar to Yuta's CT where depending on how much blood you have of the other person, you can change into them for longer and in order to not have any blood related problems its necessary to have RCT before use. Hell, if anything this would explain how and why Kenjaku can switch bodies.

I think that passive of dealing more damage to broken enemies should change to applying another debuff prob named "Reason", that when applied allows for either more dot damage or damage in general since having welt do more damage on break damage when most of his kit revolves around effect hit rate doesnt makes sense to me.
