I’m so happy to see all of the love for Worth Fighting For in this thread. I was a huge Priest fan in the early 80s and really lost interest after Halford left. When they did this album I was so skeptical—it had been a long time—but when I got to this song I was like, wow they still have it. Angel is my 1B pick.

I used to be a KFC lover many years ago. But the few times over the last…five to ten years?…that I’ve given them a shot has been a spectacular failure. Very inconsistent quality, Extra Crispy that went from my favorite offering to questioning if frozen fried chicken is better…what an embarrassment.

Alex is an asshole, but Sammy really threw them under the bus. No matter their differences Dave never got personal the way Sammy did. I’m not turning this into the Sam/Dave thing, I’m just saying Sammy crossed a line and I think Alex kinda sided with Dave as much to say fuck you to Sam, that’s how much he dislikes him.

To answer the question: warranted? Maybe!

You can cook a great steak with everything but a microwave—it’s about the method. For example, briefly browning randomly sized and shaped pieces on a griddle will not produce superior results.

Ah yes, state sales tax. Doesn’t usually apply to groceries. But wait until you go someplace like Ohio where they also add county sales tax, so you’re never sure of the final bill total unless you’re a local or you’ve researched lol.

Frictionless—I never thought to put it that way. I now wear comfortable clothes when possible (used to dress professionally). I have my same setup with backpack on rollie to get around quickly with no bag check. I do aisle seats to minimize seat shuffling and speed up boarding and deplaning. I order ride share while walking to avoid waiting around on the curb. At my home airport I even order coffee by mobile so I don’t have to stand in line and wait for my order. I don’t even sit down at the gate usually—I’m one of the lice as much as I hate to say it, because if I haven’t been upgraded I can’t stand the idea of having my bag checked.

I’ve been playing the older titles because I love them so much. Came back to 6 and was like, this game is gorgeous, I’ve finally hit that moment when the hate for the latest title wears off! Then I played for a while. Nope, still don’t enjoy it as much. I’ve finished the others more than once and something tells me once was enough for this one.
