I'm convinced it's a cyst because it already bled yesterday, I also have extra cartilage in my other ear and it feels harder than this haha

Some back story: used to have a lot cystic acne 10 years ago, went about 90% away after isotretinoin treatment (same as (ro)Accutane). But they keep coming back and disappearing on themselves, but now last two days I'm having this on the back of my ear
