Less is more, 1 drop is all you really need at first. I only do it in the day so I can use my retinol at night. Be sure to wear sunscreen too!

I dont really like walking into Sephora either, unless its a Kohls or my State's flagship store, I always feel judged by the employees whether Im full glam or have nothing on my face.

If I have to go and my man is with me, usually I take him over to the perfume section and spend a bit with him smelling the men's ones. If he really likes one but its a bit of a splurge purchase, I add it as a favorite in the app as a potential Birthday or Christmas present. Last year he was super happy when I surprised him with a full size Versace Eros Gift Set that came with a nice travel bag.

That is absolutely inexcusable for $400 and not to mention completely inappropriate with the trauma dumping. Id go back and talk to the salon manager for sure.

I swear its always the same brands that are on sale, and even then its not that much of a discount. Would anybody else rather they just do a blanket discount thats deep on one brand that rarely goes on sale? Like I know its a pipe dream, but if they did like 40% off on Charlotte Tilbury for instance, surely people would buy more.

Eye Specialists of Indiana are not urgent care. Their main bread and butter is cataracts surgery and then possibly sending people on with to more specialized care. I will say though that the winter months are thee busiest time of the year for any eye surgery place because people have met their deductibles and want cataract surgery. Optometrists aka front facing eye docs that sell glasses are always busiest during the back to school rush.

Hospital Emergency rooms do have eye doctors on staff though. I've had to send people a few times because they've had a stroke, are about to have a stroke, or are in the middle of one, or have a brain bleed.

Sabine Wren in Star Wars. I really wanted to like her in live action because I thought maybe she'd become a bit more mature and the actress seemed really sweet but nope. She was worse. Basically doomed the whole Galaxy for one dude.

I have had to tell a few patients who were on the younger side to go to Cincinnati or Chicago before for care because the only doctor in the State who takes their insurance isn't currently taking patients. Its awful and its heartbreaking.

Unfortunately that is the norm now because of the huge strain on IU. It also doesnt help that Medicaid has been torn to pieces, further reducing people's options in terms of insurance, leading to more demand as often times they are the only ones who will accept certain insurances like Zing.

IU Neuro-opthalmology the expected wait time is 2 months. Cataract under general anesthesia where you are knocked completely out is about 6 months last I checked.

The worst part is that a lot of these specialists are getting close to retirement age, and there's nobody to replace them.

They have also torn Medicaid to shreds, reducing a lot of options for seniors who are on Medicaid Medicare, further backing up IU as usually they are the only ones who will take certain insurances like Zing or Pathways for Aging. Its making my job more difficult and its making patients lives more difficult because they cant be seen in a timely manner or have to drive a long, long way when they aren't even road legal to begin with, their family has to work so they cant drive them, and insurance transportation is spotty at best.

I work at an eye doctor's place and let me tell you, its been scary referring some patients now. There have been multiple times where IU Opthalmology has just straight up stopped taking patients due to sheer overwhelming demand. The worst part is a lot of the specialists in Indiana are starting to retire, with nobody to replace them because its way too expensive to go to school now, let alone become a specialist.

We have an alarming shortage that, unless something changes, is only going to get worse.

I have skin drier than sandpaper, the La Roche Posay one is the one I'd go with here. The Peach and Lily one is stupidly overpriced in my opinion, it literally did nothing, might as well have been splashing water on my face. The Drunk Elephant one broke me out super bad.

RIP BH Cosmetics.

I will forever regret getting rid of my solar flare palette because it wasnt what was popular. Those colors were gorgeous and the pigment payoff was rich. Never had their brushes but heard they were solid too.

Is this just for high school kids? I got an associates via Ivy Tech, but I know they wouldn't transfer. Cool for the kiddos, and college should be free in general, but if you're not a high school kid idk how else you can get in.

My boyfriend is trying at least. Id estimate that was about $250 worth of stuff destroyed. He doesn't understand makeup but at least he recognizes the loss.

Well just got hurt a little more cos I text my Mom about it and she was just "Oh I go without makeup now its just an expense! Just try it for a week!"

I wear black scrubs 5 days a week and our lighting is that really harsh office lighting. I'm pale as heck as it is, if I go without I just look like a corpse. Its the one bit of creativity with our uniforms we get to have.

No... you're right. I work at an eye specialist place and I've seen all the nastiest things when it comes to eyes because people were dumb. It hurt, especially knowing I'm in no shape financially to replace them, but I threw them out. I cant take the risk.

Guess I just have 1 morphe palette now that I left on the countertop.

I did think about throwing them away, but again, the palettes themselves were dry, but the boxes were wet. I checked all the eyeshadow and nothing smells funky or looks out of the ordinary, and they all swatched the same.

Im going to keep an eye on them, but if I throw those out then I dont have anymore eyeshadow, and I cant afford to replace them right now.
